You may contact us in several ways.

The best way to contact us is to click the “Live Help” button in the left hand column.

If an operator is online at the moment, it will show green.  If operators are offline, it will show red and read “Offline.”  Even though there is no live operator online, go ahead and click this button, and you will be given a contact form to fill out with your request or question.

Make sure you put in a working email address, as we will respond to you via email.  Hotmail does not work very well at all, and Yahoo tends to put a lot of emails in the trash, so it would be better to use an email address other than Hotmail or Yahoo.

We try to reply within one business day or sooner to your message.

If you have an urgent matter, you can attempt to reach us by telephone.

Our US phone number is 408-834-8909.  We do not maintain regular phone hours, so if we do not answer, leave your name, number, timezone, and the best time to reach you.

We can only return phone calls in the US, Canada, and some Western European countries.

We can also be reached via Skype, but we do not leave Skype online all the time.  However, you can search for our username porongo1, or, better yet, either chat with a representative through our own system, or if we are offline, send us a contact by pushing the button at the left.

We can have a voice chat via Skype if you would like, but this usually has to be arranged by appointment.
